This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at in my whole life on top of the room being dirty the toilet overflowed the staff was unhelpful and to add it off. I got stuck in the elevator, cause it broke down while I was on it this hotel should be closed down and taken off Expedia website.

The ac didn't work in the first room so we got moved. The pool wasn't open bc the water was green. Ice machine only worked on the first floor

The hotel was okay. Just okay. We didn't have any "big issues" so to speak, but it took 24 hours to get an extra towel and two visits to the desk to request it, the breakfast was understocked both mornings and ran out of plates as well as food, and the room was a bit dirty and we never got any room service. The TV stand/dresser was damp under the fridge and water damage had removed all the pressboard coverings. We found a used braces rubberband in the bedsheets--which made us question if they had been washed after the previous use. We tried to call the front desk from our room twice and no one ever picked up. We had to go down to get any question answered.

Horrible experience. Hotel was despicable.

Good location. Friendly staff! Definitely needs a lot of work, rooms need to be deep cleaned from dust and possible mold in air conditioning unit, we coughed all night so this entire trip was horrible for my family without sleep. Half the light in the room didn’t work. The pool is closed due to it being green.

Hotel was unkempt, Front desk agent tried to make copy of my credit card after he ran it and was approved. Room had Odor and plastic wall anchors (about 6) left exposed. Breakfast area had odor so I had breakfast at another establishment. Was booked for 2 nights and decided not to stay second night!

with the price you pay -you could get a nicer place somewhere else, I just needed to be in that location for my short visit. Staffs were friendly - older building and feels old and some molds in bathroom, carpet was wet and smelly - I did not say nothing since it was a one night stay. Breakfast was decent. Did not use amenities.

The lobby was hot & the air conditioner in the room was not great. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The continental breakfast was late getting put out & didn’t get to eat at the hotel.

Was originally booked two nights. On the first night, the elevator did not work. The next morning, the fire alarm went off due to a broken pipe on a different floor. Staff shut down the water, and claimed they could not issue refunds without management approval, who was not available on the weekends. We returned the keys and booked the second night elsewhere. Management was emailed detailing the events and requesting a refund, but never got a response.

How helpful the check in person was but at the end didn't check us in the right way... 4 adults stayed in the room.and he only checked 1 and the check out person (Paddy) charged my card $20 without my authorization stating that I had sneaked in my brother and father when that was not the case. We checked in... was not asked how many people were staying... in small talk informed the check in guy it was going to be my brother, mother ,father and little daughter and he only checked 1 person in. I then went to the car and we 4 adults and my daughter walked in infront of the check in guy and he greeted them and told us to enjoyour stay.. When checking out the check out receptionist (Paddy) charged my card without my authorization and extra $20 for 2 extra adults and accused me of sneaking in 2 extra adults when company policy is 4 adults to a 2 bed room. I asked to talk to the manager and he refused stating that the manager wouldn't be back till Tuesday and Wednesday. I called on Tuesday and he answered and he then said that he was going to be out for vacation for 2 weeks. I called corporate and filed a complaint... they gave me the general managers email and asked me to call back the hotel and ask to talk to tthe manager. I sent the email to the general manager and the front desk manager and followed calling the hotel on Wednesday. Paddy answered and was extremely rude accusing me of sneaking in people and said it was the equivalent to stealing and that that was the reason he charged me $20 extra... which should have not been charged because 4 adults were allowed and that how many were in the room . He then said for me not to call again and to deal directly with corporate and that if i called again he was not going to let me talk to the manager. I feel robbed and extremely disrespected by Paddy. I hope this issue gets resolved and the cameras video and audio be reviewed because the check in guy saw us 4 and my child walk in after he checked us in and failed to report on his end we were 4 adults and one child and failed to ask aswell the number of adults. Paddy failed in reviewing the cameras and was extremely rude and accusatory towards me.
