Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas Plano West

The breakfast was delicious

Location This should not have Marriott’s name attached to it at all. This place is not what I value about Marriott at all. It has a motel 6 vibes which was disappointing.

The first room/floor we were assigned as we got off the elevator there were people were smoking weed in their room and it was very strong, but not as strong as the animal/urine smell that came from the first room we were given. I told the person at the front desk and he put us on a new floor which was a slight improvement. We were so tired from softball that we just sat

Everything was good except for the check-in process, which took an inordinately long time because there was a line of people waiting to check in. The desk clerk was being trained, but had a lot of trouble knowing what to do next, and had to be constantly prompted by the trainer.

Pleasant

Clean room, swimming pool, safe well lit parking, safe area, Wal mart nearby. Excellent excellent staff.

The only problems that we had were that the TV didn't work right, and as a result we could only get about 6 channels which were not good ones. The other problem was the metal mattress supports stuck out about 2 inches beyond the mattress and kept hitting it everytime I got out of bed and one time I scraped my foot on it and it left bruises. This is why only gave 4 stars.

It was clean, quiet and close to our hospital appointment!

Older property

Superb

I was completely unhappy

It was near the hospital I had to go to Everything was perfect

Clean, quiet, close to hospital

Clean. Quiet. Close to Baylor Scott & White, within walking distance. Will stay there again.

Budget friendly clean hotel, nice breakfast , good beds and wonderful staff

Overall the room was clean until we pulled the bed sheets down on our bed. There was a 2 pack of condoms under them. They weren't used thankfully but just means they didn't clean the bed properly. Talked to the manager and got nowhere with them. All they did was accuse us of lying saying they were ours and trying to pull something over on them. I get their argument but having a 10 yr old in the other bed makes that a little hard to use them.

Very good

Very close to the hospital

Thank you!
