Room had socks on it from previous person. Sheets were stained I was over charged

The room itself: Clean. Quiet. Bed was comfortable. The room itself was dismal though. Adequate, but less than what a Hilton should have in color, decor, set up. Carpet felt more like textured wallpaper, stiff and dull. All in all it was a good stay, but our room definitely needed an upgrade.

This place was a dump. The door to our room stuck and was hard to open. The curtains looked like someone with self tanner on their hands wiped them off on the curtains. The cream rinse container was empty. There was only lotion as an amenity. The entire property was beat up and in serious need of a major renovation. We won’t ever stay here again.

Second time staying at a Hilton gardens I really like them. This one I think is still updating rooms. Our group was two couples we got 2 of the same rooms just different floors in my room the king bed was horrible it was like trying to sleep on cardboard or just a box spring I didn't sleep at all in was that bad. Now my nieces room their king bed was really nice. Room and bathroom are nice and clean. The cleaning staff super helpful and nice.

everything was good was a little noisy at nighttime and staff cleaning other rooms in the mornings and knocking on doors before people were out of bed was the main downfall

OUR STAY HERE WAS SO COMFORTABLE. WE HAD OUR BREAKFAST INCLUDED AND THE BUFFET WAS FABULOUS. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN.
