The staff was so friendly and helpful, the hotel lobby and room were very clean, the breakfast was ok, it had a good selection of things to pick from, great location close to ISU. I have stayed twice at this location within a months time and both times the elevator closest to my room was out of order. Not a huge issue since they do have another elevator but it was just a minor inconvenience. Would not deter me from staying here again.

Overall a great stay, helpful staff, room was very comfortable and clean. The only issue was that one of the 2 elevators was out of service during our stay. Ignoring that, it was 5/5 overall.

Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. My kids liked the pool and hot tub. There were cookies at the front desk Saturday night which was a nice touch.

The bathroom tub was nasty. It had been painted where the porcelain was missing and the drain area had some sort of white and pink crust around and on it. Needless to say we didn’t shower during our stay.

Had a nice, two-bedroom suite with a small kitchen. Was helpful to be able to just “eat in” after days on the road and eating out. Clean and updated. Would definitely stay again.
