Residence Inn by Marriott Savannah Airport

This hotel had exactly what we needed - good room layout, pet friendly and breakfast in the lobby. The staff is invisible - no one at the lobby desk the on the way in on our first stay and no one there on our way out this last visit. The rooms are showing wear and tear - both times the compartment to put dishwasher tablet was broken. That being said, the convenience is hard to beat, so would probably stay again

The Location was excellent and tons of restaurants in very close proximity. You can tell the furniture is old or has taken a beating. But rusty draw pull handles should be changed. Chipped wood edges on furniture could be touched. Just a little attention to the details and maintenance could enhance the stay and overall comfort.

Room had great amenities - more than we needed for one night. No one at the front desk when we got there - thought maybe it wasn’t the lobby, because it wasn’t a traditional lobby look

Location, ability to grab food, relax We were there while a football team was there. So when needing towels and pillows it never came. Breakfast was overwhelming because of the amount of people grabbing food in the am. But these were small issues.

Staff was awesome first of all. Very friendly and professional. Hot breakfast was very good. We had a mobility accessible room—the shower has a curb, no handheld shower, and not really set up for a person with showering support—so i would ask more questions than i did or stay somewhere else if really necessary. Otherwise great hotel.

King bed and sofa pull out The furniture was old and scuffed. The pool was small and the room did not look like the picture.

The hotel was relatively quiet and clean. The location was great. The hotel is seemingly under renovation around the entrance. I circled the property 3 times before realizing the entrance was off to the side, not facing the parking lot and since there was yellow tape blocking that parking area, the entrance wasn’t apparent. There needs to be signage directing to the entrance while the property is under renovation.

Clean hotel , great location. All staff were friendly. Good breakfast buffet.

The staff at this hotel were so nice! We did have an issue with getting charged twice but the staff corrected it and gave me a call to assure me that the amount would be refunded. Honestly i would stay again. It was clean and welcoming!
