The hotel was great as always

Very well maintained hotel. Very clean and looked new. Found out actually 6 years old seemed newer. Front desk staff very friendly. Convenient to many restaurants. Highly recommend

Location and clean Pool seemed dirty, body wash and lotion in restrooms were empty, water took a while to warm up but all that was okay what messed it up was the guy at the front desk when I went to check out and tell them about a concern I had about my payment. He was not helpful plus rude so as I sat down in the lobby waiting to talk to my third party booking he’s in the phone with someone speaking a different language then after a while tells me he figured it out and that I was going to get a refund. I was okay with everything I knew I had to call customer service but it was just the treatment and did mention to him I didn’t like how he was just rude about it and as I walk off him and the lady in the phone (speaker phone) say something and laugh so obviously I know they were talking shit. Lady who checked me in was very super nice though it was her first check in and she was amazing!

beds only. 3 time we change our room.... our room in one bed and i reserve 2 bed i show the hotel and change me to other roon bad smell, so we go to other room and charge me $10 dlls . for this bad service never go back to this places.

I like the easy check in. Beds were comfortable, hotel stay overall was great! Location was also great no complaints!

Everything was nice the bed looked nice and felt nice at first but did not sleep well in it for some reason unbeknownst to me. Maybe too firm or too soft?

Not good. The original room was dirty. They claimed no other rooms. By the time they contacted management, there was another room to move me into then in that room, there was no soap in any either one of the soap dispensers, and there were dirty towels. Then, when I asked for some type of compensation or a late checkout, they had an attitude.

Everything was excellent but little disappointed wasn’t able to enjoy the breakfast due to the 4th of July holiday! But will definitely stay here again.

The pool area is very nice. My room and the rooms around it were quiet.
