Perfect location for the convention center. The snacks/mini bar selection looked rad (though I did not use them). Not servicing the rooms at all in a week long stay was unusual to me -- I would have liked at least trash taken out. Totally support not changing towels/linens though. Staff was very helpful when I requested a room change to a quieter location/away from MAX train. Would stay again

Went to a concert & this hotel within walking distance was excellent. Drinks & snack upstairs was delicious! Kind & efficient staff.

This is a very nice, modern, clean property that is in a good, accessible location. They need to ensure that rooms have better access to drinking water without having to go down to the gym to get water or fill our waterbottles, or having to buy plastic bottles of water. Also the room I was was next to the street cars and I could hear their noise for a good part of the night.

The hotel itself has an amazing staff and great clean rooms. Allowed us for a late checkout at 1:00 p.m. which was extremely helpful and generous Great bar restaurant upstairs overlooking the city what great staff working up there also Would definitely stay here again

All good no complaints
-
Need reservations for the rooftop restaurant and the coffee shop had two workers trying to deal with RCCC crowd and concert goers.
