Carpet on floor wet .Frig made so much noise it had to be shut off to sleep.Breakfast was horrible.Potatoes seasoned to the max salty.Couldn’t eat .Coffee didn’t taste like coffee. Above

The indoor pool and hot tub were not in service for the next several weeks! No warning and no discount! The shampoo and conditioner in our shower were both empty. The toilet paper holder was broken. Only two tissues in the tissue box. Do better.

Great location for our way to Maine for a week vacation. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful

Staff exceptionally helpful - thank you Carla and Peter. We had trouble with our baggage on the flight over and both went above and beyond to keep us informed of progress on delivery of our luggage (to the hotel).

We were there for one night and the pool was closed for maintenance . We kept getting papers slipped under our door telling us maintenance would be coming into our room in the morning . They proceeded to call and wake us up at 830am so maintenance could be done . We weren’t supposed to check out until 11 and ended up leaving way before then because we didn’t feel comfortable having people come into our rooms when we were trying to sleep

Room was clean enough and staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent and pool was great but hot tub seemed a bit dirty. Only thing that made it not great was the price because it the stay was during the Seafood Festival :-( Price too high for accommodation 9/12/26 otherwise property was in line with other Hampton Inn properties.

The rooms smelt like wet dog , we had no shampoo in dispensare in shower was empty . Bought a snickers ice cream from front $7 dollars no vending machines the rooms were way over priced the little store or snacks at lobby were at the price of a box of 4 the charged for one snickers ice cream bar size of a snickers can bar $7.00 paid cash so they did not place charge on room they pulled $50.00 in case you charge to room. On arrival turned on refrigerator there was a white tray to go under freezer there was a small ice cube tray full of water spilt all on floor on arrival .will not stay again
