Booked through Hotels.com and the communication between them and the actual hotel is horrible. Arrived at the hotel around 10pm and they had cancelled our reservation and gave our room away. They didn’t have a room for us so we had to try and find another hotel. Lady was less than helpful and couldn’t really explain why our room was cancelled. Very frustrating.

Rooms were very nice and clean

The entire hotel was very clean. It took a while for our room to cool down but it felt much better after our return from dinner. The breakfast items were cold but were replenished with warm food without a super long wait. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely book again.

Professional staff, clean lobby, common areas and room, comfortable beds and convenient to a lot of restaurants in the area. Been staying here for several years and have always enjoyed it.

We stayed two nights as we traveled to Tuscaloosa for a football game. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was and the price to stay was unbeatable.

Safe, comfortable, easily accessible from the main highway, and the staff are absolutely top notch I really don’t have any complaints as far as the property is concerned
