Good location for visiting family in Prior Lake. The room looked directly at a wall with equipment on top, maybe 6-10' away. No view. The room was cramped and difficult to navigate, especially the bathroom. I tried unsuccessfully several times to move or upgrade without much sympathy or help from staff including managers.

Room was nice, very clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing! Wished it had a freezer on the fridge. I am diabetic and we were traveling so I needed to freeze my travel ice packs to keep my medication at correct temperature while traveling.

Like I mentioned previously, the hotel lobby area was undergoing major renovations. The area was kept clean and there was ample room to safely traverse. The hotel room was comfortable and the shower pressure and hot water were great. I ate in several of the dining venues during my stay (steakhouse, noodle cafe, pizza stand, cafe and coffee shop). The food and service were all good, but overpriced. During our stay, we attended some concerts at the Mystic Lake Amphitheater. The hotel offers bus shuttle service to the venue and it was convenie

This company has the most clean casino & hotel I've ever been to! Everyone was so helpful & the options of food were amazing! We went for 2 days of concerts at the Amphitheater & the rides to & from could have been so chaotic but it went so smooth! I wish all places incorporated their customer care like Mystic Lake! We will definitely be going back!

Maybe when there’s gonna be a big concert at your amphitheater, you should open up reservations before 4 o’clock maybe so we don’t have to wait in line for our hour and a half just to get checked in.

Exceptional

It’s a nice place outside, but the remodel really puts a damper on the experience We had to wait 45 minutes in a line that wrapped around the hallway to check in. I understand that a lot of people were checking in at once. However, another strategy needs to be explored. Some guests were able to just check in and had to get on the bus to the concert. Frustrating!

Loved it always will stay here!

They locked us out of the room at 9 am even though check out was 11, we told numerous people that. System was not working well with that.

Clean Room! Safe and secured access to the bedrooms. Valet staff is quick and the shuttle service to and from the amphitheater is awesome!
