Holiday Inn Express & Suites Prospect Heights by IHG

Breakfast was fantastic! Staff all very friendly!! Was in town for BTS concert. Feel as though all local hotels raised their prices because of it

Service was very good and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good as well. Enjoyed our stay and I would come again!

Check-In was a breeze. The young man at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained where everything was located and that was nice. We made it to our room and it was spotless! The bathroom was shining from the sink to the shower and tub. Bed was very comfortable The hot breakfast was amazing! The hotel manager, he was very pleasant. I liked the way he went around during breakfast asking everyone how is their stay and if he needed to do anything to make the stay better. That was pretty cool! Check out was also amazing The young lady along with the manager were very kind. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very nice.Clean.The bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again

Nice four night stay for business in area. Everything was clean and well maintained. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nothing negative here. Quick response on sticking door issue. Not the Ritz but as good as it gets for this level of stay.

Great service, clean room, and nice breakfast in the morning. Thank you!

Good

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Everything met my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I liked everything about the place but the only thing they need to improve on is their breakfast . It’s so cold and some of the stuff is cold and overcooked

mension is that there was some kind of smell in the hall way. I don’t know what it was, but it needs to be corrected.

Comfortable bed, spacious room Nothing really

El mejor hotel que me e quedado 100% Recomendado 👌

Great staff, I believe it was 24/7. They were always nice and helpful. Great breakfast!! We always ate in our rooms but the lobby wasn’t overcrowded which I liked. One downside is housekeeping never came in our 4 night stay. We had to ask front desk for towels and toilet paper. Not a big deal but wanted to mention that! I loved this hotel! Really clean and organized!! Would stay here again!
