Holiday Inn Express & Suites Prosper South - Frisco by IHG

Motel was fine, staff was helpful. My only complaint was the gravy served at breakfast was too thick.

Hotel was clean, smelled great. Bedding was fresh and comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful, breakfast was tasty. Parking was well lit and convenient. Great stay, will come back again.

For a brand new hotel, the property was dirty. The elevators and lobby restroom floors were filthy. The a/cin the did not work properly. The air from the a/c unit was wet. All of our close were damp from the humity in the room. At check-in, the front desk clerk was rude. The only reason I will consider staying here again is its location.

Very clean and quiet.

The room was clean and everything was perfect

👍

Good hotel overall I just had bad experience, I was traveling with children I had reserved a suite to sleep 6 and was down graded to standard sleeps 4 because they over booked, staff was nice tried to help, with out the manager onsite she couldn’t do much we had to get another hotel

A very nice property. Superb staff. Great amenities. Everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. This property is a credit to the IHG group. Highly recommended. Conveniently located for easy access to the toll roads.

Everything is wonderful

very nice place to stay, clean rooms quite (at least during my stay) great breakfast

Everything was womderful!

Rooms are always very clean and the staff is always helpful.

Helpful staff, large clean room, hot water, and a small fridge. All I needed and I would stay again!

Staff was horrible

Property was nice and so were the staff. The Wi-Fi was very weak. The gym was very nice but was missing the 5-, 10-and 15-pound dumbbells. The plug in the bathroom did not work (we reported it). We did not try the free breakfast.

Good experience

The staff were so very kind and helpful

Small parking spaces.

Nice stay nice place

The tv reception wasn’t good in the room. A lot of interference.
