The only complaint I have is the guy who worked the breakfast having his daughter running up and down around the tables. He did nothing to stop it

It was okay. Don’t seem to follow the same protocol as some other Hampton inns Placed us in room Right by elevator. Elevator in need of repair so very noisy. - as well - the room Had a shared door to the next room with a baby that cried( screamed) all night Could hear every word spoken next door

This hotel was clean and comfortable for a two night stay. Staff was very engaging and helpful. The free breakfast in the morning was nice.

Fabulous stay !! We have a dog and the desk person was kind enough to out us near the elevator due to being out on the second floor

Old property recently renovated. AC didnt work great and an unusual smell. Not bad- just different. Good breakfast, easy location, comfortable beds, price was good. Overall it was fine, just an old property. Not what I usually expect from a Hampton Inn.

We encountered a few problems: defrosted fridge/freezer had leaked onto the carpet and AC didn't work. Staff tried to solve both problems with positive attitudes. For the AC, the unit never did cool down enough so a box/floor fan was provided. That helped, but was noisy all night. Noticed 1 ice machine was out of order. The other two on other floors had towels on the floor but not enough towels to stopo a flow of water running toward the elevators.

Nothing to say Disrespect of staff to NOT use MY NAME as I provided, on the stupid welcome message on the TV. How is it Skyler's job to change MY NAME I provided?!?!?!? He blamed Booking.com. They had my name right in all communication with me. He messed MY NAME up. I really hate excuses. Tell your employees to use the name the CUSTOMER provides, not what the employee thinks it's supposed to be. I am going to another Hampton Inn next weekend and frankly, I dread it and having to deal with another employee that could show me disrespect.
