The location is perfect for our annual visit to the State Fair. The breakfast is exceptional every year. The rooms are very clean. The pool and spa are clean and well maintained. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Exceptional

The check in process was easy and convenient. Parking was accessible and plentiful. The facility was clean. If you like firm mattresses the beds would be perfect for you, if you like a softer mattress you might find it uncomfortable. The hotel and hot tub hours are very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here as a blind couple, and we found the staff to be very accommodating, kind, and helpful! We would like to give shout outs to the morning shift front desk concierge, Megan, and the night Security staff, Naya, for their great customer service and helpfulness at every turn!

Breakfast was good, not exceptional. Location was good, close to the Washington State Fair, which was the reason for our visit. Road noise, primarily sirens at all hours, was a negative that disrupted sleep at times.

Room was very nice and big. Good AC, plenty of towels and filled toiletries. Everything was clean and comfortable. Super sweet staff and easy to find parking.

We usually stay here when visiting family in Puyallup. It’s much newer, conveniently located, the rooms are well appointed and spacious and we like the parking. The complimentary breakfast and includes hot items and there is a nice variety. It would be nice if the breakfast room was open until 10am on weekdays and checkout was noon instead of 11am. Staff in every department were quite pleasant, friendly and very helpful!! Relatively quiet, too. Overall 4/5 stars due to being priced somewhat on the higher side.
