Estabon at the front desk was awesome. Hotel was very clean. While some construction was going on we barely noticed. Nice hotel. Will stay again when in Raleigh.

It was so clean. Loved the shower. Breakfast was great! Hope to return in the near future.

There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor upon my arrival. Hallway was humid with a musty smell. I will stay elsewhere during my next visit to Raleigh.

The check-in staff was wonderful and thorough. The Night Shift lady was non-attentive and extremely rude. I told her about a naked man in the back parking lot and she just rolled her eyes and didn’t seem to care. The hotel is undergoing construction, which lasts all day. The pool area smells like a porta potty and is extremely humid so it is pretty much impossible to use the pool area. this has potential to be a great hotel once it’s complete, but it was very misleading. Coming into a half inch hotel with an extremely rude Night Shift person.

Nice heated indoor pool but ventilation in the room was poor making the chlorine smell really strong. The A/C in our room was super loud and the vent was caked in a thick layer of dust. Common areas of the hotel were more updated.
