Hilton Raleigh North Hills

Exceptional

Staff was really great I could smell someone smoking weed from my room and also when I went outside to put stuff in my car there was a man sitting down outback by the parking lot lean up against the side of the hotel building smithing weed. Breakfast wasn’t included and it was very exspensice. Also the pool looked very cloudy and dirty. That’s the reason we stayed at this location because the indoor pool and he swam for about 2 minutes and he said it’s everyone they are underr staffed

Came to see my brother Everything

The Hilton in Raleigh North Carolina was an amazing experience indoor pool and gym were great and very clean. It smelled great throughout the entire hotel it was clean and staff was super nice the room was large and very clean. The restaurant at the Hilton was very good and had good selections. Water in shower was a little too hot. Staff quickly changed our room.

Someone had spilled milk on the floor by the elevator on the 4th floor, it remained there our entire stay. Housekeeping was on our floor, however did not clean our room, they knocked our door when we arrived from shopping late in the afternoon if we wanted our room clean, obviously no, you had all day to do that. The next day was the same thing, I just asked housekeeping for a trash bag. The beds were not at all comfortable, they have a lump in the middle, both beds did. The pillows were old and went flat in no time. They also charge 10.00 night for parking, I didn't see that anywhere. I've stayed at alot of Hiltons, and they can definitely do better.

Location was great Whole facility smelled bad. A mix of mildew and smoke

The location and the lobby. The room was terrible! My room was dilapidated! Peeling ceilings and wallpaper that was bubbled. Chunk missing from the shower floor with a big rust spot in it. Completely rusted light fixture in the bathroom ripple carpet stained walls and a burn mark above the smoke detector.

The staff was really nice at the front desk! The location was really good it wasn't too far from anything. I was told that the Wi-Fi was free and it was not I got charged $4 and some change for one day usage

Not worth the hassle. Rooms...

I liked the LG tv. I didn't like the bathroom. Small and I expected the walk in shower. And no microwave in the room.
