Holiday Inn Express And Suites Raleigh West Lenovo Center by IHG

Front desk staff were helpful and kind, Shower water had good pressure and was hot, Bed was cozy, Food was good, it was very clean Breakfast attendant didn’t speak

It was Clean and a quiet and breakfast was yummy

Staff was friendly and checkin/out was seamless

The best feature would be the morning breakfast! It was heartwarming, plenty of options, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Another point is the housekeeping services and the facilities, hence the fitness center, I really found those to be very nice and accommodating for the stay!

Nice facility, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had great options but most was gone and no one was there to restock or replenish options. Pancake maker was not in service either. but overall great place to stay the night.

Staff was friendly which we appreciated , however the property felt as if they put lipstick on a pig . We had to move rooms due to water uncontrollably coming out of the sink faucet . Noticeable water damage in both rooms . Perhaps we have higher standards and usually do Airbnb but it worked for a one night stay to see the NC Courage women’s soccer game . Wouldn’t stay again , was ready to get home and shower we just felt unclean being there . Wife woke up with respiratory issues which leads me to believe the filters on the AC unit probably aren’t cleaned on a regular basis.

Everything

This is our go to hotel when we visit Raleigh, close to NC State and plenty of other spots we visit. Always cleanand staff is always helpfull

Breakfast no good

Breakfast says 6:30am start time on internet however it did not start until 7am which didn’t work for us, and disappointed as we selected the hotel for multiple reason and one was breakfast time because we had to leave by 7am. Our room was fine minus the fact that when taking a shower the drain did not drain very fast so you were standing in a lot of water while taking a shower. Nobody was at front desk when I left so I was unable to inform front desk. All in all a nice property and staff was good.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious. We have stayed here multiple times.

Nice quiet place

Staff was very nice I recommend this hotel.

Superb

just make sure they're towels AND rags in bathrooms because we were told by staff that we had to shower w hand towels until room service came (2 hrs later) when they should have already been in my bathroom.

Very updated property. Great breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very quiet but close to businesses. Great stay for a reasonable price.

I really loved the location the people there was really nice, Shuan he check on me knowing that I traveled alone It didn't have a pool

Rooms were SPOTLESS! Very very clean! Staff were very helpful. Breakfast comes with your stay, so that was a plus!!! They have many options and breakfast is different on some days, it was delicious. Parking was great! The front desk staff were very helpful.

The staff were helpful and kind. The bathroom sink and tub did not work properly. The television did not work at all. The air conditioner did not stop blowing cold air even after adjustment to the thermostat. The location was easily accessible.

Very clean and convenient. Enjoyed my stay
