The Check-in process initially went smoothly, and the room itself was adequate for our stay. I appreciated being able to make the reservation and get settled in with my children. The property is nice. Unfortunately, our experience became extremely upsetting when we were asked to leave and law enforcement was called, despite the circumstances of our stay. The way my family and I were treated was humiliating and made us feel unwelcome, and I was especially concerned by how differently we were treated compared with the expatiations I had when booking the hotel.

The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable! Great staff members as well!

No good lighting in the room. The one of the bathroom lights did not work and the lighted mirror only worked on 3 sides. Very difficult to shave or do your hair and makeup. No usb charging ports and the door latch was broken. The utensils provided for breakfast were flimsy and cheap. Overall not a very good experience probably would not stay here again!

Everything went to checking in to checking out. Friendly evening if the some of the staff could not understand still was friendly and polite.
