Great service

Overall OK. Breakfast was good and the lady dealing with that was very helpful. However the room was disappointing. There was a strong odor of urine in the doorway entry to the room.

I was pleasantly surprised very reasonably priced so I was kind of worried, but it was really nice!

Property looks like a Hilton or Marriott it’s smells clean and well maintained

It was super clean, the rooms are big and the breakfast is perfect. Enough parking lots as well.

It was great!

I liked the room. Spacious and clean The smell of marijuana flooded our room in the early morning. The smell was unbearable and penetrating. So it doesn't matter if you book a non-smoking room, it's terrible

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. The desk staff were helpful.

We liked the breakfast and the affordability. Location was also great as we traveled with our own vehicle. We stayed in a pet friendly room and it was not properly clean. Sheets and towels were fine, but the closet door had visible dirt stains all over - understandable for a room where dogs stay, but regardless I feel like all rooms should be equally clean with or without pets, plus that's why we pay extra for our furry friends to stay with us right?

It's a good hotel. I always stay wen I cme to nc. My favorite spot. Need a free day though That they accept animals

The room felt more like a run-down motel than a highly rated hotel. Everything seemed to be falling apart. The showerhead was loose and falling apart, the floor was a bit sticky, the ceiling was peeling, and the bathroom door was difficult to close. Overall, my experience was poor and definitely did not match the 9.0+ rating I saw on Expedia. Based on my stay, I would personally rate this hotel closer to a 6 than a 9.
