Raleigh Marriott City Center

great time

Valet parking was efficient and staff were friendly. Room was clean but located below the fitness center. Consequently, we were awoken at 6:00am to the sound of someone racking weights. Front desk employee was friendly but not helpful when we asked about late breakfast suggestions. She said she didn't know of any. We then found several restaurants serving late breakfast within a two block area of the hotel. The best qualities of this hotel was the location and housekeeping. Otherwise, it seemed basic and overpriced.

Superb

Delicious I misplaced my keys and when I went to the counter and asked the gentlemen he told me non was turned in, but he did not look to see. I went back to my room and called down a lady answered and she looked and found them. I was not happy about the gentlemens customer service

great location and valet service was great

Exceptional

Didn’t care for having to pay to go in and out of self parking. Maybe paying once a day would have been fine, but if you left 2 or 3 times a day, you pay everytime you leave. Other than that all was great.

Superb

I was off to work before breakfast, but my wife was very satisfied with the service and overall hospitality. Valet can become very congested...but the response in retrieving my vehicle was excellent!

Staff was respectful and friendly Valet parking Rye restaurant was amazing

All was nice, just didn’t like that the hotel rooms were not sound proofed.

This Marriott property was chosen primarily by location, but it was an excellent stay. Everything felt clean and modern and updated. We did not dine their though. The pool was very nice.
