Everything was wonderfull!! The only thing that I did not like was that our room was missing a lamp .. and the electrical outlets were not in practical spots.. For example, there were no electrical plugs. Next to the bathroom sink.
-
The room was clean and quiet. There were many choices of food at breakfast.

Very good

Tell maids to close doors softly in the morning. All you hear is slaming doors in the morning.

Passable

Eggs changed daily. The omelettes were from frozen bags. The fresh jelly was stupendous! Drain in room was clogged. Two days to fix. Day after it was fixed it was clogged up again and not from us. I give the overall rating a 2.5-3

A truly terrible choice. This hotel is the loudest we have ever had to stay in. The room doors slam constantly night and day. We were put in a room next to the stairwell which kept us from sleeping. People slam the door nonstop and yell in the stairwell at all hours. We were even treated to someone throwing luggage down the stairwell at 4 am and then having a long screaming fight. We deserve a refund.
