La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rancho Cordova Sacramento

The bed was comfortable Filthy inside and outside. Lack of available staff. Lack of a working luggage cart. Super smelly room and hallways. Smelled like big stinky dogs live there. The breakfast was a joke. Terrible. Homeless in the parking lot. Parties in the parking lot. Something isn't right about this if s place. Unsavory stuff going on there. Wyndham shame on you this place is poorly maintained.

Well room was very clean upon arrival but housekeeping didn't come after and I spent 3 days issue was reported and thy didn't nothing about it

Breakfast was The guy always hanging out at the front desk with Alexander the front desk clerk. He was rude and obnoxius.

No water pressure at sink. Bathroom smelled moldy. No carts available for luggage. Will never stay there again.

Overall the staff were nice and friendly. The room smelled like someone was smoking in it. Along with that, there was some type of oder in the room. The front of the hotel looked nice but the back of the hotel looked questionable along with trash and dog poop everywhere.

You are getting what you pay for at 97 dollars a night and this really is all I needed for this work trip. If you are going to be out and about and only need a private room/shower/bed for the night this is a good deal. The staff was super cool too honestly. They were far from corporate bs front desk personnel and actually would have a normal conversation with you and crack jokes. Which I appreciate.

- Keypads were recently replaced but the door looks like it went a round with Mike Tyson with chipped paint here and there. - Hallway carpet needs a thorough washing. - Elevator took forever and the floors in lobby and elevator were sticky. - Phone was not working, so if I needed anything I had to go back down to the front desk. Would have been helpful if the staff shared this when I checked in. I even tried calling from my room to the main line, but no answer. Staff could have been busy when I called, but it was just a bit inconvenient. - The time I stayed, there was no wifi. They had hot spots instead, which was spotty connection. Wasn't able to do much work in the hotel so I had to find a cafe with better connection. - Rooms was fine, no complaints. I'm not just a fan of the sink being outside of the bathroom and had little counter space. - There were homeless people hanging out in the back lot which was at time uncomfortable. - Overall, place was convenient. Staff was nice but could be more informative of things so I didn't have to go up and down each time I needed something. - Maybe won't stay here again, until it finishes renovations.

Second, we had to move to a different room after we opened our staffs. Third, it was very hard to shut off water at the shower. Forth, no soap at the sink area. No food much in the middle of the breakfast time.

The sink was clogged up. Water drained slowly.

We had made two reservations a couple of nights prior to arriving and when we got there, the host said that they had 1 room available for the night, even though we had 2 reservations already. After we checked in for the one room, another customer came in and asked for 1 room for the night and the host magically made another room appear in the system and let the customer check in. So over all terrible experience after being shorted on a reservation/room.

Breakfast was good. Need more space. There were alot of people. Parking was very full.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Paint peeling, faucets dripping, dirty, room phone didn't work, wifi didn't work, had to pay with Venmo because their CC system was down. Someone breaking into cars in the parking lot, cops came - toilet backed up and overflowed with no plunger in the room. Just a terrible experience.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Wifi does not work, AC barely works, beds are uncomfortable, and the hallways smells like way too many people are smoking various things in there. Guy came up when I was checking in saying that people's cars were getting broken into, hotel staff didn't seem to care. Homeless guy outside picking up used cigarettes and looking in people's cars. Asked for a refund but they are ghosting me. Will chargeback soon if I don't hear from someone.

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room they put us in had a broken sink, and broken A/C. The next room had so many people illegally smoking in their rooms that our room smelt like a bad casino, the third room had no soap in the bathroom, screaming people in rooms and down hall and then at 10 PM someone tried to enter our room because they were checked into the same room and was issued keys. What really made it more fun was the fact that they don’t have any working phones so I got to run back and forth to the front desk. Seriously the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

It's right across the street from a really decent Diner place that serves really good food. The breakfast is nothing special in the hotel. There's a homeless problem and a drug issue

Area outside elevators on 4th floor in disrepair. Elevators very dirty and lots of chipped paint. Homeless in parking lot and eating at morning breakfast bar. Taking a lot of waffes and eggs to folks jammed in cars. Where is security? ! I stayed 4 nights. Only ate breakfast there on first day because the entire area seemed unsanitary. I encountered a man with loud music helping himself to all the food. He was obviously not a guest. I don’t expect the breakfast lady to enforce security! But the hotel is losing money. Broken towel bar next to sink. The brackets are still in the wall. No towel rod. No soap at the sink. I asked for bar of soap and they claimed there was not even one of those tiny bars in the hotel . They kept saying a shipment was coming in today. They said that everyday. The breakfast selection was quite sparse. No fresh fruit such as banana or oranges. No yogurt. Only thing in the very empty refrigerator on the counter was a thermos pitcher of milk for dry cereal. Nothing else. Probably the most sparse selection of any La Quinta I have ever seen. Pets were supposedly to be only on floors 1 and 2. But there were pets in all floors. I will never ever stay at this property. Does the hotel receive vouchers for homeless to stay? It seems that some guests were long term residents
