We could not browse much as it was a very short trip As mentioned above, we just went crashed ourselves, got up, got ready and left the place, did not even had breakfast

Location Breakfast, I got sick with the food on the last day. It seems like the recycle food. They advertise that they have shuttle 5 miles around the hotel but it’s a lie.

Air conditioning was inoperative in the room we were initially assigned. They assigned us a room on the third floor. One of the two elevators was inoperative. The ice maker on the 3rd floor was inoperative. Nice hotel that is not being maintained.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was very clean. The only thing that I was not happy with, was none of the ice machines worked.

I also asked for a shower cap and it took at least 10 minutes for her to find out that she could indeed provide one! Not a great experience! Better staff training is needed! We are rather disappointed in Hilton as long time members.

Found a flea on my floor. Definitely isn’t deep cleaned often as I found smudges and food stains on furniture and walls. Breakfast was an extra charge but when I stayed at the Hilton Tru it was complimentary and this one was supposed to be nicer and cost more already.
