Room was good size. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked the best of any motel I have stayed in. Close to venue. Breakfast was good, actual Restaurant/Bar seemed to be lacking in the menu. Mainly bar food, internet shows a larger menu.

Overpriced and in need of a serious refresh.

Thea difficulty making changes to a reservation if it was made through Expedia is considerable. Hotel staff is limited in its ability to make changes. Calling Expedia to make a last minute change was the only way to get another night's stay. The hotel staff said no more rooms were available when asked on the night of arrival. Expedia called the manager on duty and found a room right away. When I showed up on the night of arrival, I found a room readily available and at a rate much lower than the rate Expedia had. But Expedia was able to get the room when the hotel could or would not at the last minute. I was never able to get a satisfactory answer why Expedia could find a room available that the hotel could not on its own. Morale of story: Even though Expedia was able to find a room, the room they find may be much more expensive. Call and deal with the hotel directly when booking, in case there has to be any changes.

Nice stay for an Ironman race, close (1.3 miles to transition, right next to swim start) allows relaxing walk near ricer in evening!

Staff seemed preoccupied and not terribly willing to help. The facility is seriously dated and not well maintained. It need of a serious remodel/refresh. The carpet and the floors were exceptionally dirty.
-
Close to the river and a great walking path. It’s an older facility and there were minor maintenance issues in our room that needed fixing.

Pool was out of service but hot tub was nice. Helpful staff.
-
Beds comfortable and room sizable Very noisy street and activities at nearby park. I requested a quiet room but found out afterwards it would have been even more expensive. I was in town for a big event, yet no discount given.

Nothing further

The halls and front entrance had a strange smell. All carpets could have used a cleaning. The bed was comfortable.

Very old hotel. We were one hour early but no room available. No place comfortable to wait. Bar/restaurant not open until 5:00. Asked them to text when room was ready but they did not. It was too much $$ for what it was. I mentioned that we could not stay there for breakfast but since we used this website, they would not adjust our charge. We paid for a river view and got a sliver since we were around the corner. Would not stay there again.

We selected this property for it's location and amenities. We eventually got a similar room, but it took a while and we were bone tired from a very long drive after helping in-law in Oregon. We were not able to complete some our tasks that evening due to not having a room in time. So we had to check out early and skip our paid for breakfast. I cannot believe a property of this stature would so poorly train it's staff and allow such really stupid errors like this to occur. To the management at IHG and Holiday Inn; you are NOT doing your job and at this point it will be a very long time before I choose one of your properties again for my travel needs.

Love the location right on the park. We had a room with a view of the river. It was comfortable and quiet. We used the pool, which was pleasant, but the hot tub needs some maintenance-- it was more like a tepid tub. Nonetheless, I will stay there again the next time I have to go to the TCs.

We had to change rooms because the first one had an extremely bad toxic chemicals smell. Idk if they spilled something, or what; but I hate the fact that I breathed in a lot of chemicals that aren’t good for my lungs, body, etc. Bad chemicals inthesoaps.
