The rooms were very nice. I was impressed. The hotel is a great value as it has been remodeled and looks great. Quiet and clean. A++ I would like to have a breakfast buffet option, even if I had to pay for it.

Convenient location, beautiful rooms and food was good. The front desk staff and 2 maintenance guys were phenomenal all weekend. The banquet staff was not with the exception of the bartender, Shanta. She was nice and professional. I believe his name was Javi (taller, bigger man) he was not as responsive to our needs during the wedding setup and the reception. During the reception, there was an older AA lady, she was very rude to a guest when he came back to buffet line. The hotel ran out of the preferred beer before dinner was served. I have attended and been apart of several events held at the Westin and this was by far the worst experiences.

Everything was great! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Kimbolyn at the check-in desk was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and had such a great attitude. Miss Barbara was also so kind and generous, and she kept such a great conversation going. Both of them made the experience even better and really made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved that it wasn't too far away from VCU!!!Its location is surrounded by lots of good eateries!!And the Westin it self has a good restaurant and bar right inside!!Everyone was so nice and friendly!!!The Westin was very clean inside and out!!The room we had was very comfortable and also clean!! The only thing I didn't like was that the Traditional rooms don't come with Microwaves!!

We had our choice of pillows. Bed was very comfortable. Could have used more countertop space in bathroom. The shower wand in bathtub was nice. Nice area in restaurant and bar. Didn't like to pay for breakfast
