Prado Hotel by Choice Hotels

Nice hotel with good breakfast. We didn’t try the happy hour food or drinks.

Great hotel but could use some renovations. Overall great location and would stay again!

The Prado has a good staff. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was ok. A bonus at the breakfast was grits with cheddar cheese that could be added. The only bad part of my stay was 2 mechanical problems in my room. First, the bathroom fan could not be turned off. Second, the AC and thermosat stopped functioning. The bathroom fan came on when the light was turned on and could not be turned off. The fan ran all night. After the fan ran for 30 minutes I called the front desk. The night person was professional and sympathetic. She offered to change our room, which was reasonable. I was traveling with a teenage daughter who was already changed for bed and refused to change rooms. I have no way of knowing if these 2 mechanical problems are typical of the Prado and am not saying they are. However, I must tell the truth about my stay.

The staff treat u like family..

The whole experience starting with check-in was amazing.Beautiful property, very clean rooms, great hot and fresh breakfast and the list goes on……..Book this room what are you waiting on!!!!Trust me because I’m real real realll picky and I was highly impressed and overly satisfied❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great value for money

the condition of the bathroom floor, it looked dingy & grungy and ijust didnt like it !!!

Very good

It was very nice and the food was wonderful. Very friendly staff and buffet personnel. We really enjoyed everything.

The staff was super nice. I was surprised to find out that the hotel also includes three drinks at a full bar a dinner and a breakfast for each person staying. The room was very nice and clean. I will definitely stay here again or find another Prado when I'm looking for a place to stay

Everything was excellent

Excellent customer service!!

wow, where do i even start? first off, shout out to Marie at the front desk for being soo kind and a great first impression to the hospitality of this hotel and mississippi! it was our first time visiting and we cannot thank Marie, as well as the rest of the Prado staff, enough for how kind and wonderful they were! clean and comfortable room, great amenities, hot tub was nice and hot, AND they give you complimentary breakfast, dinner, and THREE DRINKS PER GUEST?!? talk about hospitality!! next time we find ourselves in MS, we will only be staying here at the Prado!

I did not have a good experience at this hotel. Room had an odor, my sheets were stained, and the tub was filthy. I called the front desk to asked to be moved or can they clean up the room. The front desk person stated that they were under staff, and I would have to come get the sheets downstairs and make the bed. Highly do not recommend.

The hotel is infested with roaches and water bugs. The best thing I can say is they provide breakfast and dinner for each guest, but who wants to eat food from a hotel that is infested with bugs.
