Helpful staff, quick to respond to requests, very well managed, good breakfast. The 2pm-10pm receptionist very welcoming. sorry for not remembering her name!

Convenient to downtown The room that I was in, had a malfunctioning AC/H unit. Desk personnel came to room, adjusted the thermostat for heat, but it stopped as soon as she left the room. I informed the morning desk person, and he response that he would pass it on if anyone showed up for work. Unprofessional.

Hotel cleaning staff went above and beyond. I even had a towel sculpture of an elephant.

It is a good hotel. The breakfast was nice. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. They fancy the towels in designs for you. The only thing I didn’t like were the beds. They were old, creeky and very uncomfortable. We were upstairs.

It was a clean and cared for property. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The towels made to look like elephants was a very pleasant surprise.

No carpet in the room. Friendly/kind female staff member at check in. Hi Refrigerator frozen solud and ruined my two meals i brought. Uncaring, unresponsive, very unkempt male morning staff member.

The room had towels folded into animals and other decor. :) The desk clerk was so nice and suggested a local art/music fest that was happening down the street and even had information on it. (We just got in a little too late for that). There was also a kindness board on the way out where you can leave something for others. So sweet. Not the fanciest place, but lots of heart and clean and comfortable and a good value. Can't think of anything. It's just nothing fancy or super updated, but it was good for us.

I had appointments at the Mayo Clinic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I even received a discount for being a Mayo patient. They offer a free shuttle service to the clinic so I didn’t have to drive myself.
