It was our first time to stay in this location. It was really very inviting and comfortable. We will stay there again. I cannot think of anything in particular. Well, the elevator made some scary noises, so that was a little nerve racking.

Not handicap friendly. Only 2 handicap parking spots which 2 times were blocked. Breakfast was cold both days. Blueberry muffins were frozen. Desk was rarely manned for assistance. Entering the facility is not set up for wheelchair, very difficult to maneuver. One evening our adjoining room door was constantly tried to be entered, plus our main entrance. Door peep was packed with tissue so unable to see who was out there. Very frightening. Management was very rude when told about issues. At checkout I was given a receipt for the 2 days stay but overcharged by over $300 when I checked my account and told that was the way it was! We were booked with booking.com for an additional 2 days but unfortunately had to eat that amount because we didn’t feel safe staying there any longer and moved to another hotel. In short… worst hotel stay we have ever had and we travel a lot. Just about everything. It was very sad since the rooms really are beautiful.

Great hotel with lots of helpful amenities. I will always try to stay at a Hilton2 Suites when I can! Great for our family!

The Shuttle to Mayo!!! What a great service they provide with two excellent tour guides as the drivers. Tim a.m. and Tim p.m.! Both Tims are full of Mayo and city knowledge to help you with your stay. They truly go above and beyond to make, what can be a difficult journey, as easy as possible! This is on top of a very clean and well-maintained property. We will stay here for all of our future Mayo visits!

Bed was very comfortable. Fabric on extra pillow was yellow/brown. Quality of breakfast was marginal. No in room safe. Bad smells in hallways. Water pressure in shower was poor. Elevator shook badly each time it arrived at the 3rd floor.

We booked 2 rooms. Both shower floors were very, very slippery. Fear of falling was high. We mentioned this at check-out. The older female clerk told us that there was a sign on the bathroom mirror that said if we wanted a bath mat that we could have requested one. A little too late once you are in the shower already!

The only negative I have is the contacts via text asking how I was doing and for a rating. I’m on vacation to get away from the rest of the world and its demands for contact. If I need something I’ll let you know. This seems to be the trend now.

Super friendly and professional staff, clean and spacious room— we were delighted. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience.

Clean and decent location. Free underground parking. Always a ton of kids (including mine) for sports tournaments etc. I think the staff should get a handle on the very loud hallways after quiet hours.

The rooms were very clean the breakfast was very good with lots of options staff was very friendly We couldn't connect to wifi

Initially the heater was turned on and it smelled really bad. We asked to move to another room and the staff helped up get that done quickly. Very helpful!
