Nothing Dirty rooms upon check in, rude front desk staff very unfriendly, tried to express concerns upon check out and manager was very rude and directed me to complain to “booking” to file my complaints. I tried to show photos with no regard. Dirty seat in “jet tub” chips on floor from previous guest, water on the floor from opening refrigerator door. Last photo is blurry but standing water under refrigerator.

The beds, carpet, counters clean. The light switch plate in bathroom was very grimy and dirty-so bad I cleaned it myself before using. The tub had a crack in the interior wall and entire tub/shower was skimmed over with paint to extend its use. It looked grimy. I was there prior to foot surgery and laid a towel on bottom of tub as concerned with cleanliness. The entire downstairs was in a complete remodel which was the opposite of welcoming. In the hallway of our room dirty towels were on the floor and never picked up. They were there when entered out too. And there when we left- yuck! The breakfast was extremely lacking- just bagels and fruit. The person ahead of me got the last banana so didn’t even have that.

the breakfast was awesome unless you can't eat dairy or gluten like me, but they had a toaster for my gluten free bread! They even had wooden tongs to get my odd-shaped breads out! They opened breakfast early for people who needed to leave very early too!! A 24 hour coffee (tea) machine and it had strong coffee. The cleanliness of the stove fan/hood and the outside of the fridge weren't great. Lots of layers of grease and the design of US refrigerators with their bumpy surface make them hard to clean in the best of circumstances. Same with the stove hood.

There were only 2 towels in the room-not enough for 2 people. There was only 1 soap in the room-not enough for the sink and the shower. The refrigerator was appalling-rusty and marked up on the outside and no light on the inside. The bathroom door creaked
