Good staff was very respectful and nice.The rooms were nicely cleaned and updated. I would definitely be staying again.

Horrible customer service and dirty facility. I suggest going somewhere else unless you want to sleep with roaches. Roaches

I like the booking price the original price I paid yesterday not so much the price I'm paying tonight though Bad at 7:30 in the morning there was only two types of cereal and waffles

Hotel room smelled horrible and walking in hallways smelled like weed..smoke detectors was hanging the man was real rude no extra towels or blankets .. breakfast only consisted of cereal that was stale and waffles no elevator for elderly or handicapped

One things about the breakfast it need add more breakfast not just waffles. Need cereal, toast, eggs, sausage, etc

The property was very close to many restaurants as well as the casino. They are a pet friendly place too. Also had breakfast available, only coffee , waffles and cereal. The room we booked online wasn’t available for us and the desk attendant wasn’t very accommodating to us. This place is an extended stay lodge versus the usual hotel that’s represented online. The lock on our room kept jamming which was very uncomfortable because we had to constantly call the front desk attendant every time we had to leave the room.

Only 2 of the smallest pillows I have ever seen on each bed. Huge bug on the wall when we got into the room. TV is so old, Tv remote barely worked. Old AC unit that is very old and barely hanging on. Looks scary showing up as other hotels have lights on, but this hotel is at the back and the super 8 sign is broken and doesn’t light up anymore. Would spend the extra money to stay at another hotel nearby. I did not feel this hotel was suitable for families.

2/3 towels we had looked like somone cleaned their work boots with them. The breakfast was a joke with two kinds of cereal and waffle mix that wouldn’t come out. Terrible place. Don’t waste your money.

It was basically clean, and the outside was fresh, but there was only one small bar of soap, and one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. There were not enough washcloths, or towels. There was only one washer and one dryer. The breakfast needs improvement, but better than nothing. For the price it was an experience I will not try again. See above. Disappointing experience. There are several hotels in the area. It was kind of on the level of Sleep Inn or locations like it.

Nothing we did not stay there we left! Filthy dirty! Sheets still dirty smelled like pee pubic hairs on towels. It was disgusting! We should be getting a refund because I have a cancellation from them! Smelled like pee it was filthy dirty some crazy lady was in the lobby, screaming and yelling it was a horrible experience we had to go check into a different hotel.

Nothing There was roaches and the room just looked worn down and had a very funny smell. There were crackheads everywhere, one even came up to my boyfriend and asked him if he had some “hard”. It was a very off putting setting and I did not enjoy the stay at all.
