Staff was welcoming and helpful. The property does not have laundry facilities for guest, but staff offered to still wash items for us, which was very generous. Our room was clean and beds comfortable.

Stay away. They have motion sensor AC units so the room was 80 degrees and took forever to cool down. Im trying to get a refund now but a billion dollar company wants to fight me over 444 dollars because they're saying the staff offered me a different room but I declined. Thats a LIE. I asked if I could move to another room with a regular ac unit they told me they're all motion sensor. So why would I move rooms with the same exact problem? Just stay away from this place. Plenty of other hotels around rockwall where u dont have to deal with this headache.

The hotel room was super clean, the breakfast was yummy. The mini pancake bar was a hit with my kids. The pool was nice and the pool table in lobby was also a a nice thing to play. Will definitely stay again.

My only complaint is that towards the end of the night, the water in the shower stopped getting hot. It didn’t return to a warm temperature until the following morning.

We stayed for 4 days and nobody stopped to clean the room. I asked the front office to clean it up on the 3 rd day and they said we will try!!! And it ended up to get extra towels cause all the towels were already dirty. You have to be lucky enough to get a hot water at night to take a shower. The AC was barely able to get you 79 in that weather on the very high fan that will not let you sleep from. In general it was unbelievable stay experience

The property was pretty clean. It’s in a good location. The beds are soft and terrible and the bedding is worse. The AC was great and customer has control. I didn’t use the amenities but they looked fine. Do not mistake this for a Hilton even though it’s their brand. I saw customers yelling at staff in an awful public display of poor taste. The bedding is no where near Hilton quality and you will run out of hot water in the shower. I couldn’t even shave in the sink because the water wasn’t hot enough. It is very basic and feels basic. But it was clean.

The area is nice over all and the room was perfect for our short stay. However, there was no hot water in the shower. We tried to leave the water running for a while and see if it would warm up but it did not. My sister in law had the same issue and she stayed on the first floor while we were on the second floor.
