Candlewood Suites Rogers / Bentonville by IHG

Quiet and relaxing environment.

Exceptional

Very easy check in, room was very clean and the ataff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Pleasant

Staff was helpful is the only thing positive I can say. The parking lot was full of storage containers. The tub was dirty and the room had the most uncomfortable mattress known to man. I was awoken at 6:00 am to the loud crash of the dumpster being emptied.

Everything is good 👍 😌 ☺️

Rooms were very nice and clean!

Exceptional

Great spot will be back

Clean Room everything we needed was right there... Friendly helpful STAFF. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY!!

Loved the place very clean and staff was very helpful!!

The property was conveniently located close to everything. It’s a short drive to lots of food choices. The beds were firmer then o was expecting.

I love this place. Since we were planning to be there for 6 nights we decided to book a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. I wanted the convience of having a full size refrigerator freezer for salads, cold drinks, ice cream (it gets darn hot in AR) and to store groceries so I could cook some meals. We also wanted that separate bedroom in case one of us wanted to go to bed earlier, get up later or watch something different on TV. The kitchen pretty much had all the tools we needed and what wasn't already in our room we borrowed from the hotels bonus borrowing closet. The closet is stocked with crock pots and other small kitchen appliances, books, games, and movies you can check out at the front desk no charge. There were even a few auto accessories you might need in an emergency to get you back on the road, The property is within 3 blocks of a shopping center, several great restaurants restaurants and right across the street from a movie theater. The suites are large, laundry is free and the large indoor pool is sparkling clean. However , the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone who works there is polite, friendly and helpful. We were there to look for a new home In the area. Every evening after we got backk to the hotel I was greeted with a smile and word

I loved this cozy little room...loved that I cook and stay in or order take out. Gym and pool were excellent!

It was very nice, great location and great staff. The woman that checked me in was very friendly and gave me recommendations of where to go since it was my first time visiting Arkansas We had to change rooms because the toilet was completely broken. Our first room was very nice and then we got moved to a different room that was less nice

Clean room.comfy sheets and bed. Staff real good and polite

We needed a quick place to rest our heads during a last-minute, out-of-state trip for a family emergency. The General Manager was incredibly kind and considerate, especially after an employee called out and he had gotten no sleep himself. His compassion and willingness to help meant a lot during a difficult time. Thank you for making an unexpected stay a little easier!

Soon as I walked in smelt like weed. I got to rooms one smelt like straight cigarettes smell and the other smile like straight mildew.

The staff is amazing. My room had ants and a sewage smell.
