Homewood Suites by Hilton Bentonville-Rogers

We loved everything about the place

Staff was accommodating, facility was clean. Television in sitting room had no hdmi cord and was therefore unusable. Air conditioning unit in bedroom didn't properly cool and kept making a very loud popping noise all night long. At one point the unit was blowing hot air. The mattress was hard and we found it difficult to sleep.

Little extras such as pool toys and board games, in addition to a very deluxe full breakfast, made this hotel a standout for us.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility could use some renovations though. The breakfasts offered a lot of options and were fresh and tasty. Good coffee!!

The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good but could have been better. Staff was friendly and helpful.

great hotel, clean, great bed

The bed was way to firm. We suggest pillow top mattresses so those who like firm not too soft and those that like soft not to firm. Happy medium. Loved everything about hotel but mattress.

Loved the hotel . Very spacious and great cost

Nice clean rooms at a good price.

Comfortable beds and newly updated rooms made it a great place to spend a couple of nights. Liked the Wednesday night social time with wine and beer.

Great breakfast options and dining staff!

Disappointing

It is a little tricky to find the property entrance off the main road. Room was very clean and new feeling.

Staff and breakfast was great. Away from major roads so it was quiet

I was skeptical with chorizo for breakfast thinking that heartburn might be an issue but was pleasantly surprised. It was really good. Everything we tried was good.

I do not have any complaints

We loved getting the opportunity to be in the 4th floor to try out their newly renovated rooms!! I do not have any complaints

Nice hotel. Room was great. Good breakfast.

The breakfast had several alternatives for dietary restriction guests.

Very clean, staff was great
