I liked the overall stay

Property was recently remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Water pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. Staff was quick to respond with helpful advice. There is a 4 Star diner next to property and the food was very good.

Exceptional

My sheets had like quarter sized blood spots on them that I only noticed the next morning and they weren't mine. Told the lady and showed her the pictures. She said sorry. Not satisfied with the response to say the least.

The location is ok if you want to be across the street from the small casino.

Excellent stay. Clean rooms, welcoming staff, comfortable bed. Outstanding value. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The lobby and room were very modern and nice. The air conditioner in our room was set on 60 and did not cool the room. We called the front desk and her response was “ well it was 106 degrees outside today”. Meanwhile the lobby she was working in was very comfortable. We spent the night sleeping on top of the sheets and comforter sweating uncomfortably because the room never cooled down.

Location was great and they had 18wheeler parking! AC did not work great so room never cooled off good! Bed was very hard!

1st time at this hotel. We got here about 8:30pm Saturday night of labor day weekend to stay 1 night. Pulled in walked into office got greeted by a beautiful Russian blue house kitty. No people in site. Knocked on the window to the right. Went around the corner no one. Walked upstairs and knocked on what it seamed like maybe an apartment area for manager. Waited a while longer no one. Finally someone came down the stairs after waiting about 45 mins. We checked in got to our room 208 it was 120 degrees in there the ac wasn't on a head kf tjme for us. It was 98 outside plus humidity. Started the ac on full blast at 60 and it felt like 80. It was going to take forever to cool that room down. We just wanted to sleep. We finally just walked out gave the guy our key back and said we weren't staying told him we didnt use anything. Called expedia for a refund no refund was given from the hotel. We will never try to stay here again.

Nice

It was easy to get to and inexpensive. The drywall in and around the shower / bathtub and toilet area was in the middle of disintegrating and had portions of the drywall components and the texture hanging off of it. On area looked like it was starting to grow mold. The floor was dusty and somewhat dirty.

I stay here often while visiting family in the area. Nice clean quiet hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice place. Quiet and convenient. Cat was welcome. Good refrigerator with a freezer spot for our ice packs. Yay! Sliding door on the bathroom could use some sound/light blocking for light sleepers. We'd stay again.

I am female and was traveling alone. Needed to get much needed rest after 10 hours driving from southwest. The lady working that night at 9pm was extremely helpful making sure I felt safe. She even left the office to make sure I found my room without any problems. She made me feel safe. I appreciated her kindness towards me!! The owner was around the next morning. He was very easy going and a happy man. He wanted to ensure I had a great stay. That’s customer service!!! Nothing was wrong at all.
