Heritage Inn Express Roseville

The gal who checked me in was incredibly nice. She was a blonde i believe with long-ish hair. She had great things to say about the establishment and the guests who stay there, she let me know about the area. (Im actually from this area, i was visiting.) Parking was easy and spacious. .

The first time we went there, the staff were so nice and welcoming. The second time, it seems that the lady is not happy with her job. Overall it was worth the price. But the room was a little smelly. Smells like someone smoked cigarette inside .

Very dated property with some weird metal near parking where something was taken out but it wasn't deal with. Thankfully, the rooms were remodeled so they were nice and clean. Stairs were very narrow and a challenge to walk up with lughage. The bathroom was not remodeled and the shower with tub was sunken into the ground. My Mom is in her 70's so that didn't work for her being able to get in and out. They have bag breakfast items like a granola bar, fruit, yogurt, juice which was handy. Staff was always super helpful.

Very clean room. Breakfast girls were very nice.

Noisy at night Would not recommend

One night stay. I would stay there again. Nothing fancy, well lit, felt safe.

Large clean rooms. Awesome staff. Kaycie (I know I'm spelling your name wrong,) Koral, and Cynthia are incredible at the front desk. Maria was so incredible when I couldn't get into my room due to a malfunction with the lock. She went above and beyond her duties to assist me. This place is clean, affordable, spacey, and the staff is incredible. Highly recommend

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is also a great location to stay at for shopping at the mall,etc. Will definitely be coming back.

Rooms looked recently remodeled although there was quite a bit of stuff that was just “painted over”. The spa bathtub was not inviting at all and the jets were quite rusty and not appealing. I found a condom package in the bag with the iron, which grossed me out.

My room was absolutely filthy. broken A/C the bed was this aluminum like frame it was terrible. shower was filthy as well. I would never recommend

The Herritage Inn is a great place to stay. I've stayed there a number of times over the years and have been happy with the clean rooms,nice staff, good breakfast and great value for the money.

The only negative I have is the sunken tub. I sometimes have trouble with a tub/shower combo and it being sunken adds to the concern.

Rooms were clean and spacious! Breakfast bags were a nice touch! Staff was friendly. The outside of the property could use some updating, but we enjoyed our stay!

This property was the worse I have ever been in. There was no place for people to hang up clothers in the room not closet, not even a bar to hang them on. This was suppose to be a smoke free hotel and people were smoking on every balcony, outside the front lobby, it was really bad. The police was in the parking lot twice in the short one hour we were on the property. My wife did not feel safe at all. We checked out immediately checked out and they refused any refund. Expedia should evaluated this posting. Nnothing like the pictures on the facilitied they promise.
