Hayde was efficient and professional and solved some minor problems with poise.

This is a nice, modern hotel with nicely appointed rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When we were checking in, Andre at the front desk helped us get my father, who has mobility issues, to the elevator. The hotel is conveniently located near major streets and highways, with a lot of dining options close by. The fitness center is well equipped and open 24 hours. The only problem we had was that our room had a door to an adjoining room and we could hear people talking loudly in that room when we were trying to sleep. Thankfully they quieted down when we asked nicely, but better sound insulation on those doors would be helpful.

I had an unplanned trip to Atlanta because of an illness in my family. I ended up having to stay 3 nights but I had to recheck in each day because my plans were unclear. The same gentleman checked me in each night and he was amazing. Each night he asked me how my relative was. He welcomed me each day perfectly. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Excellent all-the-way. If you stay here I recommend a Deluxe King room on the 7th (top) floor, as they have delightful high ceilings. Took off 1 star for Amenities because the swimming poll was closed. September is perfectly hot enough in greater ATL to keep pools open until Oct. 1. It's just maintenance, after all... not like they employ a lifeguard or anything.

I only had one issue, and that was being roomed next to a couple who was loudly talking at 2:30am upon returning from a wedding and waking me up.I think I’d suggest sectioning off a hall for those guests so people who aren’t affiliated with the wedding do not get disrupted sleep.

Our room reeked of cheap air freshener. You know the smell of air freshener attempting to cover funk! Every t time we entered the room it hit us in the face!!! Shuttles were never available. No towels in the gym. We had to ask for everything. Leaking ceilings everywhere. Nasty with mold! Breakfast buffet was ok, but do yourself a favor and find a Waffle House. Will NOT be staying here again.

Yeah, the person at the desk was alseep in his chair when I arrived. The seats in the lobby were visibly nasty with spills, dirt, wear and grime. The tub would not shut off and it kept dripping. They charge for breakfast!

Older hotel but OK location for Ameris Bank Amphitheater. No refrigerator or microwave in room.

Minor plumbing leak in the bathtub area and only 1 of 2 elevators was functioning but the property was comfortable and the rooms and beds were excellent. Extremely friendly and competent staff was always at the ready to assist.

The room was very nice and welcoming. I was disappointed that there wasn't a small fridge in the room. Had a small bag of food for my travels and had to throw out the contents. Upon arrival, I was looking forward to a cup of coffee but there wasn't coffee available in the lobby. There was coffee in the room but was hoping to save it for the morning.
