TownePlace Suites by Marriott Roswell

The hospitality was on point. Rooms were clean and nicely sized. Modern appliances and feel to room. Rooms were also very quiet.

The room was really nice. It was clean and had great accommodations like dishwasher , cabinets ect… And it was in a good location close to stores. No towel hook to hang a towel after you was you hands

Very clean and spacious. Not sure why they’re charging for parking in Roswell, NM though. Seems like parking should be included in such a rural area with plenty of parking spaces.

Exceptional

The place was beautiful and staff was very friendly but the room was only cleaned once which was fine but the toilet paper and tissue were never replaced.

I reserved a crib for my infant in advance before the arrival, but when we arrived late due to a delay in our flight, I was told it had already been given to another guest. I was also told that another one had been ordered, but that never happened.

Beds were very comfortable and also a large double. Kitchenette was well stocked with all the necessary items. There was a dining table to eat dinner at with the family which was a bonus. The shower/bath needs to be renovated. Looking worn and outdated - but good water pressure.

The hotel was super clean and breakfast had a variety to choose from! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with reservations.

We were greeted by a very nice man who checked us in. The room was clean and spacious.

Amazing staff helped guide us to excellent meal mark was very helpful and kind

Clogged sink, shower curtain too short causing bathroom to flood, and swimming pool out of operation. Overall - not worth the $ to stay somewhere in Roswell for this amount.

The washing machines were all broken, 2 got fixed on our 3rd day there. The pool was closed most of the days we were there.

Best place in Roswell NM to stay great staff and if you need anything they are right there to help

Great value and friendly staff. They even worked with me to get my room for an extra night and made it simple and affordable. The pool is tiny, but the gym is 24 hours so that was great for me!

Breakfast was good too! Room was pretty clean, but under the AC was dirty. Otherwise it was a good stay.

our stay was what I expected- fabulous staff- great b-fst, clean....what brought the score down was the pool! It was not heated and the water was freezing! YES! In 100 degree weather the water never got any warmer. The pool was our deciding factor in spending a week there. Shame on you Marriott! But I didn't let that ruin the va-ca

Quite a surprise to get an additional hidden charge. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Everything was ok. Parking was a little tough, especially when you are handicap and not enough spaces.

Great Hotel! Clean, quiet, good breakfast and nice staff.
