The construction in progress

The hotel was being renovated and was dirty. The breakfast was awful and not clean. Just bad.

I was traveling for business, this location seemed geared more for small families on vacation.
-
The location was what my family needed. It was under renovations. The pool and the gym were inaccessible. The breakfast was moved to a conference room. All the milks were spoiled. I paid $140 for this hotel and was very disappointed. I would have been better off staying at the super8.

Nic was so friendly. Made sure I got checked in quickly and checked on me throughout my stay.

Staff was welcoming and friendly, room was clean. I was not informed ahead of the MAJOR construction! The fitness room was ALSO u der co struction which is planned to use. There should have been a call or email sent out informing me of the major renovation and that it would include the fitness room. When I pulled into the driveway I had to call to verify the hotel was even open because the parking lot was empty and yellow caution ribbon all over front entry.

The renovation project negatively impacted our stay. This is corporate greed. It should be closed during such a n enormous renovation project.

The room was clean but the entire hotel was under major construction. The room smelled like floor glue and you couldn’t adjust the temperature. The hotel renovation was not disclosed on their website prior to booking the room. All of the construction and the trash. I didn’t want to even park my car in the parking lot because there was so much garbage from the hotel renovation and the overall smell.

Across from Old South restaurant and near some good walking paths. Front desk manager seemed sick but was working anyway-vector for illness. New room temperature controls are impossible to figure out. In-room instructions are essential. The room was renovated but incompletely. No molding s installed between floor and wall in bathroom

Location. Easy access. Always clean
-
It was a good room, quiet, easy to access and had most of the standard comforts. But it did not have a full length mirror even though there was plenty of room for one. If you are dressing for a professional situation, nice dinner, or a special event, this is a drawback.
