Staff were excellent and friendly. Maintenance could be better. Signs of quick maintenance and not finished.
-
Rooms very clean, close to historic St Augustine downtown
-
Clean, beds comfortable and a nice stroll across the bridge into the heart of town. Free parking a bonus. Man on reception very pleasant. Air con was very loud but it did the job, too warm to sleep without it on, so you just have to get used to it.

This is a great budget friendly option for a hotel. It’s very basic but very reasonable and clean..

As I was going to have dinner at Casa Reina, I looked for a hotel that was in walking distance. The Budget Inn met that qualification. Moreover, there was not extra fee for parking because I didn't need to use my car. Other than being located within walking distance from the main attractions, I liked that it was a one story building, the parking was ample and it was quiet.
