Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront

Great room for the money. Great staff. Super helpful and courteous. Great location and for the money a better value than other high end hotels nearby.

Room had a musty smell. Found the comforter dirty and stained. Told the front desk and they did change it. Shower handle was pulled out of wall. Shower on/off was so difficult to use I was afraid it was going to break. Last morning the shower gel ran out so had no soap. Was told this hotel is a “boutique” hotel by front desk person. With parking charges the room was over $500/night. I had a message from the manager when I arrived. I sent him a email to let him know of my issues, never heard anything back. I’ve stayed at many Hiltons in the past, will not be back to this one!

Exceptional location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants & scenic views of the intracoastal. Perfect location for a stay during the holidays too. The light show is amazing. Staff are professional and always available for help. Relaxing, clean and tranquil hotel. Offers a coffee shop, restaurant, bar and spa. Try and stay here a couple of times a year!:) NOTHING

We had a baying balcony room. It was a bigger room. Great view!

The entire experience was great. The location is second to none. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean place and friendly staff

The staff in hotel were excellent. The food was awesome. Everyone was so very friendly. We will come again. I would recommend the Hilton to all my family and friends. Saint Augustine was truly an educational and a wonderful vacation.

Este hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada en San Agustin, Florida, con todo a distancia a pie y fácil de acceder en Uber a diferentes sitios ya que la ciudad es pequeña. El hotel en general es bueno pero le faltan algunos detalles como cuando entramos nadie ni siquiera nos ayudó con la maleta, ni nos preguntó si necesitaba ayuda y algunos otros detallitos que pasan en inadvertidos por la ubicación en generales buena opción

Service was excellent. I just wish they would have told us about the daily service fees and what was included with it so I could have taken better advantage of those benefits. But other than that it was literally perfect as expected with Hilton resorts.

The staff and particularly the restaurant. The restaurant is a hidden gem. Quality of the food and service is truly exceptional. The $40USD per day for parking is an insane rip off!! Here you’re using the restaurant and bar daily - not using the car but expected to pay for daily parking fee. A better formula would be —maybe if you spend X amount in the restaurant etc.- then parking is free that dat - AFTER - paying an initial $40USD ON ARRIVAL!

This is an excellent hotel! Perfectly placed in the middle of Saint Augustine and perfect. Great staff. We will be back!

The room 228 was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom (into the bedroom) vibrated so badly it triggered my vertigo. When we mentioned it to front desk (twice) we were told it was due to the machines in the laundry room. One of the lights in bathroom was out - really no biggie - except the light started to spark - BIGGIE! The phone did not work properly. Took it apart twice before I got a dial tone. Room was not cleaned until our express request - Finally at 4:30 pm. Personally feel they did not do quality control on this room. I don’t feel they should be charging a premium price for this room
