Staff, bartender and chef were all amazing and very accommodating. They even took care of us well after the bar and the restaurant closed. For the record, make sure you try the lamb. The chef rocks!!!

The Tesla Chargers were not working, This is the main reason why i selected the hotel.

The bridge over King Street was closed while we were there. I don’t remember the website disclosing that, but you have to use the next bridge over to walk, drive, etc. Traffic was backed up because of the bridge closure. Thankfully, they did comp our parking because of it, but i feel like they should tell guests before booking. There is a nice bar area and the pool area/patio is very nice. Good views, lots of seating. I will say that the service is amazing. Every person we met at the desk was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. They allowed me to use their freezer space for the duration of our stay, they offered and brought us water bottles both days, and gave us recommendations. They did offer to switch rooms because of the door problem which we didn’t do since it would have been more of a hassle. But amazing service, Heather and Benjamin and John at the desk, and the older (Italian??) gentleman at the valet was great. Unfortunately we would probably look for another place to stay if we come back.

Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful with great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Construction right outside of window starting at 7:00. Very little light in room without curtains being open difficult with a construction crew outside. Dark bathroom - my pet peeve. Valet only??? This is a very small hotel. Unnecessary expense.

Very very nice place. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were nice! Staff was very helpful and informative.

Location (waterfront)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nice. The pool is small, great for kids. The location of the hotel was a mile from St. Augustine main center. Unfortunately the bridge that connects the hotel to the old part of St. Augustine was under construction. There is another route to walk by but it’s a little longer and alongside a busy highway. There is a pedestrian path though. If you don’t mind taking an Uber or walking to town then the hotel is great for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful rooms, great views. Close to restaurants and shops. The staff went above and beyond daily to make our stay enjoyable.

Hotel Manager John and his team were EXCEPTIONAL in everything that they did to accommodate our family on our recent stay! Everyone from Courtney, in the Restaurant, and Tracy, at the Bar, were amazing in their hospitality. Our needs were met far beyond our expectations! We are looking forward to re-booking on our Return in the New Year!!
