The tv kept turning off. They changed my room which turned out to be smaller, and the same thing happened again. During the day and at night. Very frustrating. Couldn't enjoy a movie or TV show. VERY EXPENSIVE. The destination give back program helps, but it's not included in the final bill. You have to stand in line at check-out with everyone else and get a print out. Hotel restaurant was good, Starbucks was good. Convenient location for the trolley and to walk to the highlights.

This was a wonderful place. Loved the decor with a vibe that was great for our St Augustine getaway. Highly recommend. Rooms spacious.

I was not aware of the paking cost of USD40 per day.ON the other hand we received voucher of drinks (2 per day). The restaurant and bar were good. Only the breakfast (was good), but we a few options. The hotel is in front of a museum and Trolley (sightseeing) which was really convenient. Nothing to complain about

Quite literally the only complaint we had was rhe fire alarm went off a bunch of times in the night. it wasn’t anyone’s fault. The staff were more than amazing for a room upgrade right off and the Valet guys were phenomenal with recommendations and just over the top service. Can’t say enough good things will be back!!!!

My experience was spectacular; I recommend this place 100%. The attractions are quite close, there is a restaurant right next door, and parking is available out front (which is cheaper) if you prefer not to use the valet service. It is beautiful and super cozy.
