Good breakfast friendly staff The room smelt bad a rotten musty smell

Breakfast was good, front desk was nice. Facilities falling apart, water coming in from the windows from Thursdays rain, shower and towel bars weak. Parking was not included-$80 for 4 days. The property was very clean.

Room 405 had bed bugs and when addressed they said they would reimburse us the night we could not stay but they have not responded to booking.com Unclean and bed bugs

The staff was friendly Our room had a musky smell. Half the lights in the room either didn't work or were dim. The shower head was broken so it was stuck in one position. The sink had a leak so the bathroom floor would get wet. The bed frame was very squeaky.

The breakfast was amazing. Wide selection of food and beverages. Everything you would need and then some. The Riverwalk was within walking distance. Parking wasn’t free but it was in a good secure shaded area.

Room looked clean but smelled moldy or cigarette smoke, so did the hallway. Temperature was cool but not cold. This will not stop me from returning, just hope it gets better. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Check in was super easy. The staff was very friendly during our stay. Our room felt a little humid when we first entered, I had noticed a Damprid was in the closet filled with water from I’m guessing the moisture in the room.

The room air conditioning was not that great. I changed it to the highest temp and it wasn't cooling. The room had 3 lightbulbs missing. The couch was dirty..

It needs to be advertised that you have to pay to park and it costs $27.50 a night. Very convenient location older but nice.
