Comfort Suites San Antonio Ft. Sam Houston/SAMMC Area

We have been on the road touring the USA for 6 weeks now staying in different hotels almost every night, and this is one of two nicest places we have stayed. From check in to check out, it was definitely worth staying at.

Very good

It was great, i loved the room

Cable was upgraded the wifi was working great movies was on.. Parking over

Exceptional

Awesome

The room has a very unpleasant odor that smells like dog waste. It’s extremely strong and unbearable.

How clean everything was and was peaceful The construction but it wasn’t too bad

Only complaints are with the amenities. There was 1 washer and 1 dryer downstairs and they were just as expensive as the laundry place down the road, and unfortunately the fridge was tiny (which I expected at least a fridge with the very small freezer section on top since this was advertised as a "4-star" hotel but it was literally a 2-shelf fridge, no freezer portion) which was inconvenient since I had to stay for 3 weeks for medical appointments and most of the space was taken up by refrigerated medications. I chose this hotel due to the 4-star tag, but I wouldn't entirely deem this as "4-star" amenities.

Superb

Clean and affordable, house cleaning made our beds after the first night there. Security drove around the parking lot at night.

Worst service in history.

Good

Really should replace the torn and frayed welcome mats.

Breakfast was great location was great. I would recommend it to anyone very clean. Nice staff. Keeping the noise down early in the morning would’ve hoped security would’ve kept people quiet outside other than that no complaints

We’re always comfortable in your establishment. Our complaint on this visit is the “CARPET IN OUR UNIT (104)”. I am wheelchair bound. The carpet made it extremely difficult to maneuver around the unit.

Exelente cuarto y todo muy bien
