Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport/North Star Mall

Exceptional

Room was clean. Check-in was a breeze; Clerk@Front desk was very courteous & polite. Helpful as well, I might add. Shower was HOT when needed & COLD when needed, plenty of towels, bed neat & crisp! Forgot clerk’s name but he deserves a raise. Overall great stay; great experience. We were in town for a concert nearby. Will FOR SURE stay here again. BTW breakfast was included but we opted to go eat Barbacoa for breakfast instead; although breakfast looked outstanding! Thanks again for a great stay.

Y

So far I don’t recommend this place

It was an amazing staying , from the room being clean, shopping centers very close to it , great staff

Rooms wasn’t clean phone didn’t work was given three rooms and wasn’t satisfied with neither one

Very good

Paid parking was ridiculous.

Very good

No comment The original greeting with the front desk. The toilet was clogged. No supervision on pools and amenities on location. Adults and kids were just out of control. Only one elevator and only one front desk clerk except for the time we arrived. No instructions what was available.

Do not stay here

Locations and value. Mattresses where all stained No extra comforters for sofa bed. Called front office they made us go get them ourselves.

HORRIBLE Experience now I’m waiting hopefully they get this corrected!!!

Hotel was clean enough. Good for what we needed

Exceptional

parking lot is shared with another hotel. we have to pay for parking and not guaranteed a spot. lots of maintenance issues throughout the stay, but staff was very responsive.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Building is a bit dated but clean. Breakfast was the usual, eggs, sausage, bread, etc. and there was a lady constantly refilling the breakfast items and cleaning tables. Overall, good place and would stay there again.

bathroom not so clean, I sat on toilet and got rash right away

Centrally located. Basic accommodation, but clean. The room was small, the parking lot (paid parking) is small and kind of awkward to get in and out of. The flushing lever on the toilet was broken, had to open the tank to flush using the chain.
