The breakfast was delicious. Liked the hours. This place is close to family. Lots of restaurants nearby. The pool had lots of leaves the first day. Good on 2nd day.

I checked in for the holiday. My refrigerator was not cooling properly, lamps missing light bulbs, no TV remote. Maintenance, came 45min later to change light bulbs, brought a remote for the TV. He could not fix the refrigerator (it doesn’t cool like you think, not meant for ice cream). Later that evening, I noticed I could not turn off the A/C or make adjustments. At 8:45pm, they put me in another room. No incentive provided.

My Shower was replaced with an ADA walk-in shower, but there were obvious leaks along the outer edge, missing grout between the floor tiles, and the shower curtain was too short. The bathroom showed signs of subsurface water damage. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff was courteous.

The Concierge was very sweet and helpful. We also received to phone call to make sure we were okay and still arriving to the hotel.

Wall in shower has large crack, water didn't drain well, and rust looking spots under shower shelves.

We were right next door to Engine Room on first floor it was so loud all night all would hear was boom than another all night
