My husband and I planned a weekend getaway and chose this hotel because of the inside pool and free parking. We stayed for 2 nights and were not able to enjoy the pool because there was a dead lizard at the bottom of the pool. We were also charged 17.32 for parking. The A/C is too loud and not cold enough. We eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was not worth it. The staff was friendly.

Parking is $8, which is not advertised on booking. The rinky dink breakfast buffet is $16.

The room was clean and comfortable, but I was going to get a bottled water, until I saw there was a charge to have a water bottle. It came off as really tacky, because if you were a diamond or whatever type of Hilton member you got a measly bottle of water, for being a "loyal" customer. When we checked in, Expedia helped me out immensely, we were running very late and one of your employees was able to help me out and told me Jonathan would know I was coming in late. When I came through, I said, "Hi Jonathan!" he looked so scared, maybe that was creepy. Anyways, he came off a little rude, never told me the whole spill, what time was check out, what time was breakfast, when it ended, but was sure to tell me about the charge of parking (which is also tacky, because of the surrounding area, I think it is a little backwards, I would understand if we were in a nicer area). When I checked out this morning, the lady was very nice and kind, so that was awesome!

nothing I was okay with their being a worldwide outage out of anyones control i was not okay with the terrible customer service that came with it. Got to our prepaid reservation at 3pm werent in our room till about 7-8pm, room was uncomfortably warm and ac would not get cold. The next day after being out of our room from morning till about 6pm our room key no longer worked went to front desk to get it fixed and was told by the woman at the front desk we were labeled as “no show” guests (our room was prepaid nonrefundable) and asked if our personal items were in the room…..we had been gone all day!! she told us she would “make it right” if our items were not in the room when we went up. After making sure everything was in our room we started to relax…then got a call from front desk that our room we paid to be in till sunday was given to another couple checking in who were given working keys to our room and were not told it was already occupied. staff told us to wait till someone tried to walk in and for US to tell them they were put into a occupied room. Felt completely unsafe after that and our dinner plans were ruined for not wanting to leave our room incase complete strangers walked in with all of our items around the room. husband wanted to speak to a manager after all this and we never got a chance to speak with anyone. Left completely unsatisfied with our stay. terrible terrible staff. And after we told them about the AC the night before when everything was happening with the room being given away a box fan was brought to our room at 9:45 pm. ridiculous.

The location I liked nothing, the lobby had no air. The ceiling was leaking in the lobby. Both of the elevators were out of order, the tub was backed up, the sink was leaking and the linen was dirty. The ice machines were didn’t work. It was a terrible experience. Couldn’t cancel do to the area being sold out and i had a non refundable package.

Bad

Elevators were down, had to carry my bags up to the 4th floor and I have severe asthma. The staff mentioned that they’ve been down for months and to compensate we were given rotten smelling strawberries that housekeeping were sitting on the floor stating they were complimentary. There was mold over the area where we slept, and the air conditioner smelled of mold and mildew as well. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

The reception staff were very helpful The bathtub is clogged, the water won’t drain. Horrible, filthy water reaching ankle height. I was expecting a room comparable to what you'd find at a Hilton. Unfortunately, this hotel fell far short of my expectations. I definitely won't be coming back.

Water bottles are not free. You have to be a Hilton rewards member with a gold status.

We met the manager Maria at the front desk. Unfortunately, she could not smile. This was unsettling as we had always been greeted with smiles and enthusiasm with other staffers. It put a damper on our visit as she did the same on check out. Smiling and welcoming are customer service 101. Unhappy people in her career field need to rethink their choices.
