Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites San Antonio by IHG

Property could use a little TLC

Good

Exceptional

Great beds and pillows spacious room with frig and micro The door was a bit weird like could possibly have been forced open at some point. But fi ne .

Superb

Clean towels provided we didn’t have to ask Sometimes the elevator smelled like vomit

wifi no good cleanliness no good old building lots of freeway noise

Nice, clean room.

Passable

Bed was not comfortable

The outside property is a bit rough. However, inside is clean & the staff is nice. The breakfast is hot & served buffet style. Our room was nice as well. Only the second floor ice machine works & the hot tub has been filled in. The outside pool was nice. However, I’m not sure it’s checked or anyone cleans around it as there was a dead frog on the edge of the pool Friday evening & it was still there Saturday morning.

Superb

Very poor

Awesome hotel staff. Quick to help. Needed to get my check out extended and we accommodate quickly with no issues. Would recommend. Rooms very clean

Very good

Great all way around . Hotel smell good , staff was amazing, room was clean

Last 2 nights of our stay, my key card quit working

Nothing

Exceptional

It was ok but the beds were too old i think not firm enough. It looked like they were too old already, but the state was good. I’m satisfied thank you.
