They brag on the breakfast we were expecting something like Embassy Suites, this continental breakfast you can get at any hotel. The bed was as hard as the floor and $60 a night to park was another hidden expense. This part of the river not much is happening. Very disappointed in the entire trip, breakfast was really a downer

Good Breakfast, clean room, good location

We had a 3 day stay and the first night we had a party sue with our room where we had ants in the unit from the front door to the back of the beds. The garbage disposal didn’t work and and it wasn’t clean before we arrived. But the front desk moved out s immediately to another room, which was great no complaints at all on the second room great view clean all appliances worked and so far our stay was OK day two not sure if the staff was overworked, but we could not get any linens to our room from 9 AM till maybe about 12 until I called a cleaning lady in the hallway and ask for linens without front desk sending them up from that morning. Besides that our experience was OK and we would recommend to other guests. We understand that things happen at times, but thank you for the great hospitality and for coming to our needs on day one and just to add a note. Breakfast was great and it accommodated us and the children on all days we had a blast. Thank you.

Elevator not reading room card that would be elevator to left as you come in from check-in desk
-
Loved everything about it

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast gave you multiple options to please everyone.

Nice easy access to the river walk. Hotel is nice, clean, helpful staff, excellent breakfast. 8 floors, so can get a little busy at 11am checkout with elevators (one elevator was down when we checked out). Parking situation isnt the best, but that's a problem for all hotels in this area. Valet is expensive, but self service parking garage right in front of hotel.

Great location and spacious room. The front desk was extremely slow any time we needed assistance. The room was booked for 5 people, but only set up for 4 and was not clean. There was even nerd clusters left on the pull out fed from guests prior.

The breakfast was delicious and we loved that there was 2 sides to choose from! The only complaint we had was that the pool was freezing even though it was 93 degrees outside. A hot tub would have been nice.

We stayed there two nights. We couldn’t sleep until after 3 am at the weekend, and were awakened by trash trucks before 5 am on Monday. I wondered why all of the noise of the street was inside the room. It was terrible. Maybe they should improve window insulation? We will never come back, which sucks because the hotel amenities were good and the staff was nice. But we need a hotel room where we can actually sleep and rest.

Chris was amazing and super helpful before and during our stay, the room was clean and having a view of the Riverwalk from the balcony was nice. It was close to food and not to far from the alamodome. There was no cons to my stay.
