My room was clean. I did have a light out by my bed, and the shower dripped thru the night, but I didn't feel like the room was dirty. The pool is not great. I will say that. That was a pretty big disappointment. Overall, the stay was good. The staff there is great!

Room floor was chipped and I could see baseboard. Bed was so uncomfortable that I slept on the couch the whole time. Bathroom mirror light kept flickering. Booking on Expedia also doesn't include the "convince" fee they charge, which besides parking includes a "resort" fee that's non refundable. They also wanted to charge for internet as well. If I never see the hotel again it'll be too soon

Quick checkin, fast in-room delivery, plenty of streaming options on the room tv, and convenient access to the Riverwalk, as well as access to the hotel thru the Riverwalk mall. Made our Legoland visits quick and seamless!!

Be prepared, it is San Antonio - however, there were cockroaches in the pool... very unpleasant. The rest of the stay was very nice.
